A structured programme to find why a capable student's Maths marks are dropping, repair the foundations causing the problem and train exam-standard answers.

For capable Edexcel IGCSE students whose marks do not match their ability

Teaching approach

Indika Herath first looks for the underlying reason marks are being lost. If the problem comes from earlier Maths foundations, the lesson goes backwards to repair those concepts before building forward into grade-level questions and Pearson Edexcel exam practice.

Examination and grade-level focus

Pearson Edexcel IGCSE topic coverage, marks-based working, accuracy, method selection, timing, past-paper readiness and examination performance.

Class format and availability

Classes may be available in Kandy and online, depending on current schedule and the student's needs.

Realistic expectations

This is not a quick-fix Maths class. When gaps have built up over months or years, meaningful academic recovery can take approximately 3-6 months depending on the student and the work completed.

Discuss your child's Maths before joining

There is no advertised detailed diagnostic before joining. Parents can first discuss the student's grade, syllabus, recent marks and main concern. The detailed diagnostic process begins after the student joins.
