Which Maths programme is the main focus?
The flagship programme is Pearson Edexcel IGCSE Maths support for capable students whose marks are below their actual ability. National Curriculum Maths for Grades 6-11 remains available.
Does the detailed diagnostic happen before joining?
No. Parents can discuss the student's situation first; the detailed diagnostic work happens after the student joins and Indika can review papers, homework, tests and observed mistakes.
How large are Pearson Edexcel IGCSE classes?
The Pearson Edexcel IGCSE individual-pace small group format is limited to a maximum of 6 students.
Do all students in the small group study the same lesson?
Not necessarily. One student may be repairing an earlier algebra gap while another is working on advanced past-paper questions, with teacher supervision and targeted instruction.
Does Indika Herath personally teach the students?
Yes. Every class is personally conducted by Indika Herath.
What are the current class fees?
Pearson Edexcel IGCSE Maths is Rs. 2,000 per 2-hour class. National Curriculum Maths is Rs. 1,500 per 2-hour class.
How long can Maths marks recovery take?
Meaningful recovery can take approximately 3-6 months, depending on the student and the accumulated gaps. The programme is not positioned as an instant fix or a grade guarantee.
What information should parents include in an enquiry?
Include the student's grade, syllabus, current school if relevant, physical or online preference, and the main pattern you are seeing in Maths results.
Are online classes available?
Yes. Online Maths tuition may be available for students in Sri Lanka and overseas, depending on grade, syllabus and available times.
